About the Scholar Program

The Harold E. Eisenberg Real Estate Scholar Program was launched in 2015 to provide prodigious undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to enhance their skills and network within the commercial real estate industry. Students are nominated by their universities and chosen by a panel of distinguished judges. Scholar applications are available in August and selected by the end of September.
The 10-month Scholar experience includes:

  • Complimentary attendance to all annual Foundation events
  • 5+ Mentorship Days
  • Career Counseling Sessions
  • Invitations to industry symposiums and conferences
  • All Expenses Paid Trip to the ICSC Las Vegas convention (May 2025)
  • $5,000 Scholarship
