The Real Estate Challenge matches teams, graduate and undergraduate levels, from select universities in a competition focusing on a high-profile development/redevelopment project in the midwest. Each team is assigned the same case site and provided the same essential information and assumptions about the property. The students’ development plan must constitute a comprehensive analysis and conclusion of how to maximize the potential of the property from both a quantitative (financial) and qualitative (feasibility) standpoint. The winning team(s) receive a $7,500 scholarship.
Hosted by the Associate Board, Eisenopoly is a Monopoly-themed fundraiser, known as the best party of the winter. The event welcomes more than 600 guests to face off in the Eisenopoly game play, while enjoying delicious food, an open bar with specialty cocktails, live music and much more.
Career Day is a two-day educational forum for students interested in building a career in commercial real estate. The program includes career readiness training, a roundtable luncheon hosted by industry professionals, a site tour of a local project, concluding with a Career & Internship Fair. The program is designed to connect students to the real estate community and its leaders at minimal cost to the students.
The Annual Dinner is the signature fundraising and networking event for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. Hosted by the Board of Directors, the evening welcomes 600+ industry leaders enjoy networking, dinner, great food and the opportunity to support our annual cancer research and educational initiatives.
