Wilhelm O. Kreuzer, Principal and Founder of Evolve Commercial Real Estate, LLC, has spent his entire career in commercial real estate and has over 25 years of experience. Prior to founding Evolve, Will was a principal of Tartan Realty Group, where he played an integral role in acquiring, developing and managing over 650,000 square feet of commercial real estate valued over 200 million dollars. Before that, Will worked at HSA Commercial as the Senior Vice President of Finance, where he assisted in financing over 18 million square feet of real estate valued in excess of one billion dollars.
As a developer, Will has negotiated, developed, acquired, underwriting and managed numerous retail and mixed use centers for his and his clients portfolios. His strong negotiation results not only reflect his tenure but his diverse experience and underwriting background. Will has a proven 10 + year track record with ARES Group working over 1,000+ renewals, restructures and lease terminations for clients.
Will received his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from Indiana University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and Indiana and holds the prestigious CCIM and LEED® AP designations. He is a mentor for The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, mentor for the Naperville 203 School District entrepreneurship incubator program and serves on the advisory board for the Center for Real Estate Studies at Indiana University in the Kelley Business School.
