Mentorship Program

Spend quality time with a mentor!

Our Mentor Program offers students the opportunity to meet one-on-one with an industry leader for a full-day, in-person, immersive experience. We also offer career counseling, a 1-hour discussion (offered virtually or in-person).

Our team of over 100 volunteer mentors are industry leaders from a variety of real estate disciplines. They are committed to educating and advising the next generation of industry professionals.

Throughout a scheduled mentorship, the Mentor shares insights while conducting their usual day-to-day business activities of a seasoned professional in commercial real estate. Students have the opportunity to observe meetings, ask questions and/or visit project sites.

The Mentor Program was founded by Al Klairmont, CEO & President of Imperial Realty, in 2000. Under his leadership and with the support of hundreds of mentors, the Foundation has scheduled more than 1,900 mentorships and counseling sessions, averaging 2-3 each week.
