Josie Peacock

Josie Peacock is a Director of Capital Markets at CRG in Chicago. Josie is responsible for the analysis, underwriting, operations and capital raising for CRG’s national industrial development business unit, a team that spans seven regional offices with more than $720 million in assets under management across 15 markets. Since joining the firm in 2018, Josie has seen her responsibilities expand from Associate Director of Finance managing tactical project analysis and underwriting into more strategic corporate initiatives, which have seen the firm expand staff 50 percent and grow annual development activity by 10 million square feet. She was integral to the firm’s expansion into capital raising through two separate funds, the $300 million U.S. Logistics Fund I, launched in 2018, and a focused $50 million opportunity the firm raised and closed in 45 days this year. Prior to CRG, Josie was Associate Director of Decennial Group and Associate Director of CBRE.

CRG has developed over 60 million square feet and design-built over 250 million square feet of industrial assets across North America.
