He is responsible for day-to-day operations, asset management, investor relations, and new acquisitions. Brad also manages extensive renovation projects, repositions and developments. Brad is experienced in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, operations, value-add strategies, complex financing, zoning, leasing and other matters. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. Prior to co-founding National Apartment Partners LLC | National Storage Operations LLC, Brad was a First Vice President at the largest global commercial real estate firms where he represented international clients/investors in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, build-to-suits, lease transactions, and complex financing for industrial, multi-family, self-storage, office/flex properties, business parks, and mixed-use buildings. Brad has participated in over 620 real estate transactions valued over $1.2 Billion.
