Brad started in Commercial Real Estate in 2010. For 10 of those years, he had his own shop providing brokerage and property management services. As SVP at Colliers, officing in Rosemont, he is the Retail Leasing lead for all of Chicagoland and local offices. He spends most of his time with Landlord representation and has over 50 listings and counting in the City and Suburbs. They range from 600,000 sqft shopping centers to 3,000 sqft free standing buildings. He also represents several tenants helping them vet the market and find the right locations for their new business or for their expansion and growth. He also provides investment sales services for multi-tenant retail.
