Ben Greazel serves as Vice Chairman at Colliers Mortgage, a leading commercial mortgage banking firm. Ben joined the firm in 2024 with his partners, Joel Simmons, Adam Levinson, and Cody Simmons.

Throughout his career, Ben has structured and placed over 400 commercial debt and structured finance transactions, deploying more than $10 billion in capital. His clientele spans developers, fund sponsors, REITs, private investors, and family offices, with transactions ranging from preferred equity placements to bridge and construction financing. He also specializes in executing highly structured facilities for unique projects, such as urban and off-airport parking portfolios, luxury multifamily and hospitality construction, and industrial park development.

Before joining Colliers Mortgage, Ben was an Executive Managing Director at Newmark, a global commercial real estate firm. Earlier, he served as a Director at Cohen Financial, where he honed his expertise in mortgage banking, and began his career as a leasing broker with Equis Corporation in Chicago.

An active leader in the commercial real estate sector, Ben is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and chairs the Illinois State Government Relations Economic Subcommittee.
