In 2011 Adam became the Founder and Managing Principal of Core Acquisitions. Based in Deerfield, with an additional office in Chicago, they focus on acquiring value add shopping centers nationwide and outlot ground up development for best-in-class users. He manages Core’s properties and currently has a portfolio of over 30 commercial properties totaling over 3 million sqft and a staff of 13 hardworking employees in the accounting, property management, acquisitions, development, construction, and asset management departments.
In the past 15 years under the Core banner and company affiliates, Core has acquired over 100 projects primarily in the shopping center sector. Core specializes in uncovering high-potential retail real estate opportunities throughout the country. Core partners with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and select institutional investors to execute projects that aim to deliver outsized risk-adjusted returns. While focusing on growing their portfolio through the acquisition of commercial real estate assets including retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties, Core specializes in acquisitions that utilize their dedicated property and construction management platforms, strong relationships with national and regional tenants and brokers and Core’s ability to add value through the successful execution of its business plan.
