Currently, the company owns and manages over 3,000 rental units.
In addition, Brad is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of National Storage Operations LLC, a private investment firm dedicated to acquiring and operating self-storage assets in economically diverse, high-demand markets.
With more than 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, Brad has built a distinguished career in investment, acquisitions, and asset management. Before launching his firms, he served as First Vice President at leading global real estate firms CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, advising international clients on acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, build-to-suit projects, leasing, and complex financing structures. His expertise spans multifamily, self-storage, industrial/logistics, office/flex spaces, business parks, raw land, and mixed-use developments. Over the course of his career, Brad has successfully completed over 618 transactions valued at more than $1.4 billion.
