Heartland Real Estate Business: Cornell & Fordham Universities Win Eisenberg Foundation’s Virtual Real Estate Challenge

Student groups from 11 universities competed in the 11th annual Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation Real Estate Challenge on Saturday, April 10 to create a hypothetical master plan for a five-parcel site in Chicago’s South Side Woodlawn community. Cornell University won the undergraduate division and Fordham University won the graduate division. Each university was awarded $5,000 in scholarships for their real estate programs.
